Job summary

Harbour Hotels is seeking a Reception Supervisor to join our team. You will be the first point of contact, delivering exceptional guest service and supporting the reception team to ensure smooth front desk operations.

Ideally you will have 2+ years of hotel reception experience and be trained in OPERA; strong English communication is essential. This role offers a supportive environment with opportunities for growth within Harbour Hotels.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a hotel reception role.
• ideally trained in the use of OPERA (full training provided).
• Excellent standard of English, written and spoken.

The role…

We have a superb opportunity for a Reception Supervisor to join the team. As Reception Supervisor you will be required to assist in ensuring every guest receives the ultimate in customer service and being the first point of contact, possess an engaging and friendly personality, always looking to go the extra mile. You will need to be an experienced Receptionist with a minimum of 2 years in a hotel reception role and ideally be trained in the use of OPERA, although full training will be given. You will also need to have an excellent standard of English, both written and spoken.
