Job summary

Harbour Hotels is looking for a Hotel Receptionist to join our luxury portfolio of properties. A friendly, outgoing personality and a passion for service excellence are essential, with a minimum of one year’s hotel reception experience.

Knowledge of OPERA or Reslynx would be an advantage, though full training will be given. We offer excellent progression opportunities, bespoke career pathways and hotel stay discounts across our Harbour Hotels group.

The role…

We have a superb opportunity for a Hotel Receptionist to join the team. You will need a minimum of one year’s Hotel Reception experience, have a friendly and outgoing personality and a passion for service excellence. Solid knowledge of hotel reservations system eg OPERA or Reslynx would be a distinct advantage, although not essential as full training will be given.
