HC Solutions Ltd. is seeking an experienced Reservations and Events Manager for a prominent London restaurant group. This role leads both venues' reservations and events, driving guest satisfaction and revenue growth.

You will manage a motivated team, optimise private dining and events, and build strong relationships with guests and corporate clients. A premium dining environment requires leadership, organisation, and strategic sales initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience managing reservations, private dining or events within a premium restaurant, luxury hospitality or high-volume dining environment.
• A confident, hands-on leader with excellent communication, organisational and team management skills.
• Working knowledge of Quadranet, OpenTable, Collins or similar reservations systems.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the reservations and events department across both venues.
• Lead, develop and motivate the reservations team, ensuring high standards of guest service.
• Coordinate team rotas, workloads and departmental responsibilities.
• Manage incoming reservations, private dining requests and event enquiries.
• Build and maintain relationships with guests, corporate clients and third-party partners.
• Monitor departmental performance, reporting and booking conversion rates.
• Oversee the Private Dining & Membership Manager, supporting membership growth and engagement.
