Job summary

Hospitality & Catering Solutions in London is seeking a Reservations and Reception Agent to join a renowned restaurant and events group. You will manage reservations and guest reception across head office and front-of-house, using OpenTable or similar systems to ensure smooth seating and exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires excellent English, the ability to build strong relationships, and composure under pressure during busy periods, including evenings and weekends.

Reservations and Reception Agent Expectations

• Experience within award-winning restaurants or high-profile event companies is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with reservation systems such as OpenTable, Quadranet, or Collins is a strong advantage.
• We are looking for a Reservations and Reception Agent with excellent written and spoken English, and a proven ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
• The ideal candidate thrives under pressure and is comfortable working across both head office reservations and a fast-paced restaurant front desk environment
