Job summary

H&C Solutions is seeking a Reservations and Reception Agent for our iconic London venues. You will manage reservations, coordinate between head office and the restaurant front desk, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires excellent written and spoken English, the ability to work weekends and evenings, and a passion for hospitality. Benefits include dining discounts, training, and pension support.

Qualifications

• Experience within award-winning restaurants or high-profile event companies is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with reservation systems such as OpenTable, Quadranet, or Collins is a strong advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and work across head office reservations and fast-paced restaurant front desk environments.

• Handle reservations and guest communications with professionalism.
