Job summary

Hospitality & Catering Solutions in London is seeking an experienced Reception, Reservations and Events Manager to lead the reservations and events teams across two venues. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving revenue growth.

You will manage private dining, corporate bookings and event enquiries, while developing the reservations team and maintaining strong relationships with guests and partners.

Qualifications

• Experience managing reservations, private dining or events within premium restaurant or luxury hospitality.
• Hands-on leadership with excellent communication, organisational and team management skills.
• Familiarity with reservations systems such as Quadranet/OpenTable/Collins.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of reservations and events across both venues.
• Lead, develop and motivate the reservations team to high guest service standards.
• Coordinate team rotas, workloads and departmental responsibilities.
• Manage incoming reservations, private dining requests and event enquiries.
• Build and maintain relationships with guests, corporate clients and third-party partners.
• Monitor departmental performance, reporting and booking conversion rates.
• Oversee Private Dining & Membership Manager, supporting membership growth.
• Identify opportunities to maximise revenue through proactive sales initiatives, event bookings and repeat business.
