Job summary

Reed Specialist Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced Reservations Manager in Central London. The role focuses on day-to-day management of reservations, maximizing occupancy and revenue, and delivering an outstanding guest experience from first contact.

You will oversee enquiries via phone/email, manage individual, corporate and group bookings, monitor occupancy, review rates, and produce reports. The position offers Monday–Friday 9:00am–5:00pm in a high-performing hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within hotel reservations (or similar).
• Experience as Reservations Manager, Supervisor, or Senior Reservations Agent.
• Strong knowledge of hotel booking systems such as Opera or similar.
• Experience managing group reservations and enquiries.
• Good commercial awareness with understanding of occupancy and rate management.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and confidently manage a busy workload.

Reservations Manager

Central London | Monday to Friday | 9:00am - 5:00pm

Are you an experienced hotel reservations professional looking for a role where you can make an immediate impact?

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established, high-performing hospitality business based in Central London. Operating at consistently high occupancy levels, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Reservations Manager or Reservations Supervisor to join a busy hotel environment and take ownership of the reservations function.

This is an urgent requirement, and we're keen to speak with candidates who can start at short notice.

The Role

Working closely with the senior leadership team, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of reservations, ensuring maximum occupancy, revenue optimisation and exceptional guest service from the first point of contact.

• Managing all reservation enquiries via phone and email
• Handling individual, corporate and group bookings
• Monitoring occupancy levels and room availability
• Reviewing rates and supporting revenue performance
• Managing group booking enquiries and allocations
• Producing occupancy and reservations reports

About You

We're looking for someone who can step into the role and hit the ground running.
