Job summary

HC Solutions Ltd is seeking a Reservations and Reception Agent for a renowned restaurant and events venue in London. You will manage reservations and front desk duties, delivering outstanding guest experiences across both head office reservations and the busy restaurant floor.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience in award-winning restaurants or high-profile event companies is desirable.
• Familiarity with reservation systems OpenTable, Quadranet, or Collins.

Responsibilities

• Handle reservations and guest check-in/out with professionalism.
• Coordinate between head office reservations and the restaurant front desk.
• Provide exceptional guest service and build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.

Reservations and Reception Agent Expectations

• Experience within award-winning restaurants or high-profile event companies is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with reservation systems such as OpenTable, Quadranet, or Collins is a strong advantage.
• We are looking for a Reservations and Reception Agent with excellent written and spoken English, and a proven ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
