The Sir Christopher Wren Hotel & Spa in Windsor is seeking a personable Reception Porter to join the Front Office Team. We are seeking a charismatic individual with excellent customer service skills to join our Front Office Team as Reception Porter. This is a full-time position working 40 hours a week, any five days out of seven, including bank holidays and weekends.
Our Front Office team and reception porters are the first and last personal contact most guests have with the hotel and are key to ensuring their stay gets off to a great start and finishes smoothly. Reception Porters are responsible for assisting guests with their arrival and departure from the hotel including showing guests to rooms and carrying luggage.
