The role requires fluent English, cash/card payments handling, and a proactive, guest-focused mindset. Morning or afternoon shifts available, with opportunities to upsell and promote hotel facilities.

Formación

• Experience in hospitality front desk operations.
• Proficient in handling payments (credit cards and cash).
• Fluency in English is required.
• Willing to work morning or afternoon shifts.

• Respond to guest requests and resolve issues promptly.
