Job summary

Ibis Budget London Heathrow Central is seeking a Reservations Agent to manage bookings (including groups) and handle enquiries, confirmations, and payments. You will maintain clear communications across departments and use Opera Cloud and ResaWeb to keep precise records.

Strong English skills and a customer-focused approach are essential. Expect to support other departments and help ensure a seamless guest experience, with mornings, lates, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in reservations or customer service.
• Proficiency with ResaWeb and Opera Cloud, plus knowledge of reservation procedures.
• Understanding of group bookings procedures.
• Fluent English with professional business correspondence.
• Tech-savvy with Office365 and ongoing learning of tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage bookings (including groups of 7 rooms or more) with or without catering.
• Handle enquiries, confirm reservations, and manage payments.
• Track changes and ensure communications across departments.
• Provide accurate records and reports using Opera Cloud and ResaWeb.
• Support other departments and maintain guest satisfaction.
