Job summary

Mercure is seeking a Reception Agent to warmly welcome guests from arrival through departure, ensuring a memorable stay. You will check in/out, handle requests, process payments, and communicate with guests by phone or email.

The role includes opportunities to upsell hotel facilities and promote Accor services, with shifts to suit business needs. Fluency in English is essential and prior front desk experience is an asset.

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication is required.
• Front desk or receptionist experience is an asset.
• Strong customer-service orientation with a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, check in/out, handle requests, and settle accounts with high service quality.
• Personalize guest experience and upsell hotel facilities and promotions.
• Process payments (credit cards and cash) and manage guest communications by email and phone.
• Communicate important information to the next shift and colleagues.
