Job summary

Mercure & ibis London Earls Court and Barnaby’s Restaurant & Bar is seeking a full-time Front of House team member to warmly welcome guests and take drink and snack orders. You will showcase outstanding customer service and help guests enjoy a memorable experience during shifts that include weekends.

Responsibilities include greeting guests at our F&B outlets, serving cocktails and coffees, handling payments, keeping the area stocked, maintaining hygiene, and promoting hotel facilities.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and guest focus.
• Proficient English communication (spoken and written).
• Wamiliar with F&B service standards and POS usage.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to new F&B outlets and provide friendly, professional service.
• Communicate with guests in English and maintain a polished appearance.
• Prepare and serve cocktails and coffees.
• Take responsibility for your section and station, keep areas stocked.
• Process payments and ensure accurate transactions.
• Maintain hygienic service and assist with promoting hotel facilities.
