You will monitor real-time train services, make rapid operational decisions, and coordinate with colleagues and external partners to minimise disruption and maintain an On Time Railway.

The role requires the ability to work under pressure, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem solving in a dynamic transport environment.
