Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years' experience as a Fully Qualified Train Driver.
• Experience leading a team in a safety-critical rail environment.
• Ability to coach, develop and drive performance across the driver group.

Responsibilities

• Line manager for train drivers, responsible for safety standards and professional driving.
• Monitor team performance, safety compliance and key performance targets.
• Coordinate with operations and external partners as required.
