Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Train Managers in support of the Conductor Performance Manager, through competency management systems relating to safety responsibilities.
• Ensure safety and operational competencies of staff are maintained according to competency processes and procedures.
• Undertake investigations relating to train safety incidents and customer/staff accidents, delays and cancellations, with appropriate follow-up actions.
• Provide frontline leadership to uphold customer service standards and train running performance.
