ScotRail, based in Glasgow, is seeking a Train Service Delivery Manager to lead real-time train operations, ensuring a safe, reliable service and minimising disruption. You will monitor trains from ScotRail Control and make quick, informed decisions to support service delivery and partner coordination to maintain an On Time Railway.
