Rail Delivery Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to coordinate delivery across operators, retailers and suppliers within the Railcard Validity Service project. You will lead defined workstreams, manage risks, and drive decisions to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while improving fraud controls and customer experience.

• Rail industry experience essential.
• Experience delivering complex technical projects.
• Experience with third-party suppliers and QA/service delivery.
• Experience with project planning, reporting and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate delivery across train operators, retailers, technology suppliers and industry stakeholders.
• Own delivery, navigate a multi-stakeholder environment and communicate clearly with audiences.
• Resolve issues, drive decisions and keep delivery focused on reducing fraud and improving customer experience.
• Develop detailed project plans with milestones and deadlines; identify risks and mitigation strategies.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders; lead and motivate the project team.
• Ensure delivery remains on time and within budget; coordinate multiple work streams.
