Job summary

Enviroclean in Scotland is seeking a highly organised Rail Sentinel Coordinator to join our team. You will manage Sentinel records, coordinate training, monitor certifications, and support workforce planning to keep our rail operations compliant and ready for deployment.

You will work with Network Rail, training providers and operational teams, produce workforce competency reports, and help with recruitment and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Strong administration or coordination experience.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Proactive approach and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Managing Sentinel records and competency updates
• Coordinating training, medicals, and recertifications
• Monitoring compliance requirements and expiry dates
• Producing workforce competency reports
• Supporting rail recruitment and onboarding activities
