Real Estate Finance Solicitor or Legal Executive

2+ years’ Experience

Location: Exeter, Devon

In this role, you will handle significant property charging and securitisation transactions for registered providers and profit-making registered providers. You will facilitate funding for their development, maintenance, and acquisition programmes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily transactions
• Maintain direct client contact
• Collaborate with local and national teams, including banking and finance colleagues
• Review due diligence, search results, and title information
• Supervise colleagues
• Assist in applying the firm's AI products to improve service delivery
• Develop meaningful client relationships
• Support merger transactions, development, and regeneration schemes

You will work closely with experienced solicitors and fee earners, supporting clients such as:

• Registered providers
• Financial institutions
• Local authorities
• Investors
