• Experience in plant operations, particularly in Ready Mix/ Aggregates.
• Ability to identify customer needs and implement improvements.
• Confidence in managing change and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the RMX operational plant effectively.
• Manage production aspects including operational costs.
• Maintain site housekeeping to high standards.
