Job summary

Cygnet is seeking a confident Care & Support Worker for Dove Valley Mews, a residential service for adults with learning disabilities. You will work full-time on a 42-hour week, with 12-hour shifts, including alternate weekends on a two-week rolling rota, and night shifts to make a positive difference in residents' lives.

You’ll provide person-centred care, support independence, and help with daily living and community activities.

You’ll be working full time42hours a week,12hour shifts, including alternate weekends (4 shifts week one, three shifts week two, on a two week rolling rota), nights only,making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Dove Valley Mews.

Dove Valley Mews is a residential service providing outcome focused care for adults with a learning disability and associated complex needs who may have behaviours that challenge.

We find out their strengths, abilities and preferences so that the care provided can be as person-centred and meaningful to each individual as possible.

Salary: £13.15 per hour, rising to £13.45 per hour after three months (£29,435.70 first year), rising to £13.70ph after 18 months
