Cygnet Group is seeking a confident Care & Support Worker for Lowry House in the UK. You will work full-time (42 hours weekly) on 12-hour shifts, with alternating weekends on a two-week rolling rota, delivering person-centred care to residents with learning disabilities and complex needs.

You'll be working full 42hours a week,12hour shifts, including alternate weekends (four shifts week one, three shifts week two, on a two week rolling rota), days only,making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Lowry House.
Lowry House is a specialist residential service, supporting people with learning disabilities, complex needs and behaviours that may challenge, including those with mental health needs.
