CYGNET is seeking a confident Care & Support Worker to join the Lowry House team. You will work full time (42 hours per week) on 12-hour shifts, including alternate weekends, on a two-week rolling rota, delivering person-centred care to residents with learning disabilities and complex needs.
The role involves offering physical and emotional support, safeguarding, helping users access community activities, and promoting independence.

You'll be working full time 42 hours a week, 12 hour shifts, including alternate weekends (four shifts week one, three shifts week two, on a two week rolling rota), days only, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Lowry House.
Lowry House is a specialist residential service, supporting people with learning disabilities, complex needs and behaviours that may challenge, including those with mental health needs. We provide specialist care and support that is tailored to individual needs, promoting independence and community integration. We encourage and enable the people we support to lead a full and happy life and work with them to find out their strengths, abilities and preferences so that their care can be as person-centred as possible.
