Cygnet Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a confident Care & Support Worker to join Dove Valley Mews, a residential service for adults with learning disabilities. This full-time role involves 42-hour weeks with 12-hour shifts, including alternate weekends and night duties, to provide person-centered care and enable residents to lead fuller lives.
You will play a key role in supporting medical and welfare needs, safeguarding residents, and helping them access community activities.

You'll be working full time42hours a week,12hour shifts, including alternate weekends (4 shifts week one, three shifts week two, on a two week rolling rota), nights only,making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Dove Valley Mews.
Dove Valley Mews is a residential service providing outcome focused care for adults with a learning disability and associated complex needs who may have behaviours that challenge.
