Job summary

Cygnet is seeking a confident Care & Support Worker to deliver outstanding healthcare at Dove Valley Mews. This full-time role is 42 hours per week with 12-hour shifts, including alternate weekends and nights. You will support adults with learning disabilities and complex needs in a person-centred way, helping them lead a more independent life.

DBS check is required; the company offers apprenticeship opportunities and wellbeing benefits to support colleagues in and out of work.

We are looking for a confident Care & Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding healthcare. You'll be working full time 42 hours a week, 12 hour shifts, including alternate weekends (4 shifts week one, three shifts week two, on a two week rolling rota), nights only, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Dove Valley Mews. Dove Valley Mews is a residential service providing outcome focused care for adults with a learning disability and associated complex needs who may have behaviours that challenge. We encourage and enable the people we support to lead a full and happy life. We work with them to ensure they have more choice and control in their lives. Your day-to-day...
