Job summary

Cera Care Ltd is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to extend our family-based support. You will introduce services, build care plans, assess clients, and shadow carers to ensure quality care. Expect 75/95% field time with 25/5% in the office for administration.

Responsibilities

• Supervise carers and ensure ongoing quality of care
• Meet clients and understand their requirements
• Ensure the team delivers safe, quality care
• Create and review care plans with clients
• Conduct carer spot checks and field supervisions
• Attend provider meetings and support business opportunities
• Support with compliance and on-call duties
• Engage in team meetings and shadow field staff

Salary:£25,000 per annum

About the role:

We are looking for a passionate Field Care Supervisor to become an ambassador for Cera and an extension of our family. You'll carry out initial introductions, construct care plans, conduct client assessments, and shadow Care Workers to monitor the provision of care in terms of quality. It will involve 75/95% of time out in the field and 25/5% in the office for administrative tasks. Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the ongoing supervision on carers
• Ensuring customers' requirements are met
• Ensure your team are skilled and able to deliver a safe quality of care
• Complete meet & greet of all new packages
• Local knowledge of area
• Complete care plans and reviews of them
• Audits of MAR charts and Log books
• Complete carer spot checks and field supervisions
• Conducting Carer Interviews and supporting with compliance
• Attend provider meetings and support with business opportunities
• Hands on carer
• Take part in Out of hours on call
• Engage in team meetings
