Job summary

Cera Care is seeking a Field Care Supervisor in the United Kingdom to lead and coordinate care delivery in clients\' homes. You will introduce new packages, construct care plans, conduct client assessments, and shadow Care Workers to monitor quality of care, with the role being predominantly field-based (75/95%) and some office work for admin tasks.

You will ensure teams are skilled and compliant, conduct care plan reviews, perform risk assessments, and participate in meetings to support service

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a care setting.
• Ability to construct and review care plans.
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise carers to ensure safe, high-quality care.
• Meet client requirements and ensure service delivery standards.
• Complete care plans and reviews.
• Conduct client assessments and shadow carers.
• Attend provider meetings and support business opportunities.
• Be flexible and field-based majority of time.
• Carry out on-call out of hours as needed.

Job description

We are looking for a passionate Field Care Supervisor to become an ambassador for Cera and an extension of our family. You'll carry out initial introductions, construct care plans, conduct client assessments, and shadow Care Workers to monitor the provision of care in terms of quality. It will involve 75/95% of time out in the field and 25/5% in the office for administrative tasks. • Responsible for the ongoing supervision on carers
• Ensuring customers' requirements are met
