Job summary

Cera Care is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to act as an ambassador and extend our family. You will conduct initial introductions, build care plans, assess clients, and shadow Care Workers to monitor care quality.

Expect 75/95% field time with 25/5% office tasks, supporting vulnerable communities with our tech-enabled care approach. Join a fast-growing UK provider; you will lead carers, ensure safety, perform risk assessments, and participate in provider meetings while developing your career

Qualifications

• NVQ desirable but not essential.
• In-house training and development offered.
• Excellent knowledge of the care sector.
• Strong communication and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise carers to ensure quality of care.
• Meet and greet new packages; initiate care plans.
• Create and review care plans; adjust as needed.
• Conduct risk assessments and MAR chart reviews.
• Carry out carer spot checks and field supervisions.
• Support carers with compliance and interviewing.
• Attend provider meetings; assist business opportunities.
• Be hands-on in the field and participate in out-of-hours on-call.
• Engage in team meetings; maintain local area knowledge.

Job description

We are looking for a passionate Field Care Supervisor to become an ambassador for Cera and an extension of our family. You'll carry out initial introductions, construct care plans, conduct client assessments, and shadow Care Workers to monitor the provision of care in terms of quality. It will involve 75/95% of time out in the field and 25/5% in the office for administrative tasks.
