Job summary

Cera Care is seeking a Field Care Supervisor in the United Kingdom to join our growing team. You will supervise carers, build care plans, assess clients and shadow workers to ensure high-quality care, with 75/95% field time and 25/5% office work in a permanent full-time role.

The role offers £26,072 per year, 37.5 hours per week, and opportunities to advance within our technology-enabled care platform.

Qualifications

• Fully flexible working arrangements and availability.
• Proven work history in care sector and patient-focused approach.
• Excellent knowledge of the care sector and strong communication skills.
• Good IT skills and organisational abilities.
• NVQ desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise carers on an ongoing basis.
• Ensure customers' requirements are met.
• Ensure team safety and quality of care delivery.
• Conduct meet & greet for new packages.
• Maintain local knowledge of the area.
• Create and review care plans.
• Perform risk assessments.
• Audit MAR charts and log books.
• Conduct carer spot checks and field supervisions.
• Interview carers and support with compliance.
• Attend provider meetings and support business opportunities.
• Participate as a hands-on carer.
• Take part in out-of-hours on-call duties.
• Engage in team meetings.

Position: Field Care Supervisor

Reporting to: Registered Manager

Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time, 37.5hrs per week

Salary: £26,072 per annum

About the role:

We are looking for a passionate Field Care Supervisor to become an ambassador for Cera and an extension of our family. You'll carry out initial introductions, construct care plans, conduct client assessments, and shadow Care Workers to monitor the provision of care in terms of quality. It will involve 75/95% of time out in the field and 25/5% in the office for administrative tasks. We have an opportunity to bring service and support to the most vulnerable in our communities and continue on our journey to being the UK's fastest growing technology-enabled care provider.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the ongoing supervision on carers
• Ensuring customers' requirements are met
• Ensure your team are skilled and able to deliver a safe quality of care
• Complete meet & greet of all new packages
• Local knowledge of area
• Complete care plans and reviews of them
