Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Parts Supervisor or similar role in automotive.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with excellent communication.
• IT literacy and familiarity with automotive parts software.
• Professional and customer-focused attitude.
• Supervisory/management experience is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Processing customer parts orders via telephone and in person, upselling to increase sales
• Unpacking and checking deliveries, ensuring stock accuracy
• Supervising the parts centre in the absence of the Centre Manager
• Conducting outbound calls to promote products and increase business opportunities
• Building long-term relationships with local customers to foster loyalty
• Managing credits and returns efficiently by accurately fulfilling customer requirements
• Working efficiently within set deadlines, demonstrating organisation and punctuality

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Parts Supervisor to join our client's award-winning motor factor business located in Shepton Mallet. Benefits for the successful Parts Supervisor:

• Salary between £28,000 and £32,000 per annum, depending on experience
• On-site parking facilities
• Full in-house training provided to support your professional development

• 42.5-hour week, Monday to Friday, with two shift options (8:00am-5:00pm or 8:30am-5:30pm) plus a half-hour lunch break
