Job summary

Perfect Placement are currently recruiting for a highly motivated and experienced Parts Advisor to join a reputable dealership in Yeovil, Somerset. This role offers a competitive salary of approximately £30,000 per annum, with potential earnings up to £34,000 OTE, a Monday to Friday pattern with Saturday mornings on a rota, and a bonus/commission structure.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or Parts Supervisor within the motor trade preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive attitude with a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service to trade and retail clients.
• Managing parts stock levels and replenishing inventory as required.
• Assisting with parts look-up, sales enquiries, and order processing.
• Ensuring accurate parts recording and efficient parts processing.
• Supporting the service department with parts-related requirements.
• Maintaining a professional and knowledgeable approach at all times.
• Keeping up to date with the latest automotive parts and accessories.
