The position demands experience in automotive parts sales or warehouse environments along with strong IT literacy and a clean UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the parts department daily operations.
• Deal with trade and retail customers face-to-face, over the phone, and online regarding parts enquiries.
• Identify, pick, and dispatch parts accurately and promptly.
• Manage stock control and maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Supply parts to vehicle technicians in the workshop.
• Lead and support Vehicle Parts Advisors to meet targets.
• Maintain high service standards and promote sales opportunities.
