Job summary

Octane Recruitment in Northampton is seeking a Parts Supervisor to support the day-to-day running of the Parts Department and to supply parts to workshop, trade and retail customers. You will process orders accurately and maintain stock levels.

You will also support and guide Parts Advisors, handle enquiries, and work closely with Service Advisors and Vehicle Technicians to maintain high customer service standards and department efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Parts Advisor within the automotive industry.
• Previous experience as a Parts Supervisor or Senior Parts Advisor is advantageous.
• Good knowledge of automotive parts and stock control.
• Strong customer service, communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Handle telephone, trade and customer parts enquiries.

• OTE: £35,000-£36,000
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:30pm, plus 1 in 4 Saturdays, 8:30am-12:30pm
