Job summary

Housing 21 is seeking a Housing Services Lead to support resident-facing services within an Extra Care scheme. You will assist the Housing and Partnership Manager to integrate resident involvement into delivering high-quality housing services and enable residents to live independently.

The role requires experience in housing, strong communication, and robust administrative skills. A nine-day fortnight and other benefits are offered to support a flexible, people-focused workplace.

Qualifications

• Experience in housing or property management with a focus on resident facing services and engagement.
• Solid understanding of health and safety and other RoSH regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with residents, colleagues, and contractors.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills, including maintaining accurate records and managing competing priorities.
• A collaborative working style, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Familiarity with tenancy management processes and housing management systems.
• A good level of digital skills and experience, including the use of Microsoft Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams).
• Willing to work towards Level 3 Housing Apprenticeship (if not held).

Responsibilities
