Job summary

Housing 21 in Stourport-On-Severn is seeking a Housing and Partnership Manager to lead the scheme’s housing services and property management. You will drive safe, well-maintained properties and build strong links with third-party care providers to align services with resident needs and organisational standards.

The role requires experience in housing management, strong communication, and the ability to manage budgets and teams within an Extra Care setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in housing or property management.
• Strong understanding of health and safety and RoSH regulations and safeguarding practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with residents, staff, and third-party providers.
• Experience managing teams, with a focus on employee development and performance.
• Strong organisational skills, including budget and resource management.
• Knowledge of tenancy management processes and housing management systems.
• Experience implementing and embedding organisational changes.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and negotiate solutions with third-party service providers.
• A good level of digital skills and experience, including the use of Microsoft Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI, MS Teams).
• Willing to work towards Level 4 Senior Housing & Property Management Apprenticeship / CIH Level 4 (if not held).

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality housing services and lead on all aspects of managing the scheme.
• Lead and manage all aspects of property management and housing services within the Extra Care scheme, ensuring safe, well-maintained properties.
• Build effective relationships with third-party care providers to ensure care services align with resident needs and standards.
• Ensure compliance with housing consumer standards and responsible budget and resource management.
• Support residents to live well with dignity and autonomy.
