You will liaise with colleagues across departments to resolve issues and contribute to weekly Excel reports, in a busy team environment. This temp-to-perm position offers progression as business levels grow.

Qualificações

• Experience in a similar role handling a high volume of calls.
• Call centre experience preferred or beneficial.
• Willingness to develop and progress in a busy warehouse customer service environment.

Our client, a warehouse and distribution centre, is looking to recruit a Customer Service Representative on a temp to perm bias to join their busy team due to increase in business levels and ongoing expansion plans. This would suit someone that has worked in a similar position previously (used to dealing with high volume of calls ideally call centre experience) and is looking for career progression.
