Job summary

Flow Recruitment Ltd is partnering with a respected nursery to appoint a Nursery Room Leader. You will manage your allocated room, uphold the highest standards of care, learning and development, and mentor colleagues to help children thrive.

The role requires an NVQ Level 3 in Childcare, experience in Early Years, strong EYFS knowledge and outstanding leadership and communication skills, with a safeguarding mindset. Excellent progression and training opportunities are on offer.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or an equivalent recognised qualification).
• Experience working within an Early Years setting.
• Knowledge of child development and the EYFS.

The Role

What We're Looking For
