Job summary

Flow Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Nursery Room Leader for a leading childcare setting. You will manage daily room operations, ensuring high standards of care, learning and development for children aged early years.

You will lead by example, mentor colleagues and foster a warm, safe environment where children feel happy and inspired to learn. The role emphasises safeguarding, strong leadership and the ability to coordinate with the wider team to deliver outstanding outcomes for every child.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent qualification).
• Experience working within an Early Years setting.
• Strong knowledge of child development and the EYFS.
• A passion for delivering outstanding care and learning experiences.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
