Job summary

Flow Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Nursery Room Leader for a warm, supportive Early Years setting. You will oversee the day-to-day operation of your allocated room, ensuring high standards of care, learning and development, and you will lead by example to inspire a team of colleagues.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 in Childcare, EYFS knowledge and commitment to safeguarding. You will mentor staff, create a nurturing environment for children, and contribute to ongoing training and career

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent)
• Experience in an Early Years setting
• Strong knowledge of child development and the EYFS
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

• NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or an equivalent recognised qualification)
• Experience working within an Early Years setting

• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
