Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen as a Sous Chef.
• Strong stock control, waste reduction and food safety knowledge.
• High energy and motivation to drive a busy team.
• Passion for Italian cuisine and a positive, respectful team culture.

Responsibilities

You are the heartbeat of the kitchen operations. You’ll partner with the Head Chef to set the pace, maintain elite standards, and keep the energy high. From mastering HACCP paperwork to coaching the next generation of chefs, you’ll ensure every plate is sent with pride and precision.
