Job summary

Cera Care Ltd is seeking a Care Coordinator. You will efficiently manage high quality care delivery, ensuring Carers are matched to Clients by care level and type, and, when possible, by proximity.

The role requires caring leadership, strong organisational skills, and a driver with access to a vehicle. We offer training, benefits, and a pension scheme as part of our employee package.

Qualifications

• Ideally two years experience as a senior for a Domiciliary Care Agency.
• Motivated to deliver first class care.
• Knowledge of scheduling and a rota system.
• Knowledge of CQC/CI/CIW compliance is essential.
• Ideally experienced in conducting care assessments and care reviews, and motivating care staff.
• Organised, methodical, and detail‑oriented.
• NVQ/SVQ 2 or 3 qualified (not essential).
• Must be a driver with access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of high quality care services.
• Match Care Workers to Clients based on level and type of care, and proximity where possible.

Salary:£29,100 per annum

Role:

We are looking for a Care Coordinator to join our team at Cera Care Ltd. In this role, you will effectively and efficiently manage the delivery of high quality care services, ensuring that Care Workers are matched to Clients based on the level and type of care they need, along with, when possible, being in close proximity.

Requirements:

• Ideally twoyears experience working as a seniorfor a Domiciliary Care Agency

• Knowledge of scheduling and a rota system
• Knowledge of CQC/CI/CIW Compliance is essential.
• Ideally experienced in conducting care assessments, care reviews and being able to motivate care staff.

• Ideally NVQ/SVQ 2 or 3 qualified (not essential)
• Must be a driver with access to a vehicle
