Job summary

Cera Care Ltd is seeking a Care Coordinator in Scotland to manage delivery of high quality care and to match Care Workers to Clients by care level, type, and proximity. You will help ensure compliant, smooth operations within a growing startup environment.

Ideal candidates hold SSSC registration, prefer NVQ/SVQ 2 or 3, and bring 2 years’ experience in coordinating domiciliary care. Strong organisational skills and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• NVQ/SVQ 2 or 3 is preferred but not essential.
• Registered with the SSSC is required.
• Two years' experience as a care coordinator in domiciliary care is preferred.
• Knowledge of CQC/CI/CIW compliance is essential.
• Experience conducting care assessments and reviews is advantageous.
• Organised, methodical with good attention to detail.
• Flexible with working schedules in a fast growing startup.
• Team player mindset is crucial.

Job description

Salary:£28,080 per annum

Role:

We are looking for a Care Coordinator to join our team at Cera Care Ltd. In this role, you will effectively and efficiently manage the delivery of high quality care services, ensuring that Care Workers are matched to Clients based on the level and type of care they need, along with, when possible, being in close proximity.

Requirements:

• Ideally NVQ/SVQ 2 or 3 qualified (not essential)
• Registered with the SSSC
• Ideally 2 years experience working as a care coordinator for a Domiciliary Care Agency.
• Knowledge of CQC/CI/CIW Compliance is essential.
• Ideally experienced in conducting care assessments, care reviews and being able to motivate care staff.
• Organised, methodical, and a good eye for detail.
• Being flexible around working schedules, roles and responsibility as it is a fast growing start up environment
• Being a team player is extremely crucial to this role.
