Job summary

Cera Care Ltd in Portsmouth is seeking a Care Coordinator to efficiently manage the delivery of high-quality care. You will match Care Workers to Clients based on the level and type of care, aiming for proximity when possible.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years senior care experience, strong scheduling knowledge, and a valid driving license. You will ensure compliance with CQC/CIW and support staff with organization and motivation.

Qualifications

• Ideally 2 years senior care experience at a domiciliary agency.
• Motivated to deliver first-class care.
• Knowledge of scheduling and rota systems.
• Knowledge of CQC/CI/CIW compliance.
• Ideally NVQ/SVQ 2 or 3 qualification (not essential).
• Must be a driver with access to a vehicle.

Job description

Salary:£27,000 per annum

We are looking for a Care Coordinator to join our team at Cera Care Ltd. In this role, you will effectively and efficiently manage the delivery of high quality care services, ensuring that Care Workers are matched to Clients based on the level and type of care they need, along with, when possible, being in close proximity.

Requirements

• - Ideally twoyears experience working as a seniorfor a Domiciliary Care Agency
• - Motivated to deliver first class care
• - Knowledge of scheduling and a rota system
• - Knowledge of CQC/CI/CIW Compliance is essential.
• - Ideally experienced in conducting care assessments, care reviews and being able to motivate care staff.
• - Organised, methodical, and a good eye for detail.
• - Ideally NVQ/SVQ 2 or 3 qualified (not essential)
• - Must be a driver with access to a vehicle
