Job summary

Cera Care Ltd is seeking a Care Coordinator to join our Coventry team. You will oversee the delivery of high-quality care services, pairing Care Workers with Clients based on care needs and location, and ensuring smooth scheduling.

The role emphasizes compliance with CQC/CIW, efficient rota management, and driving to visit clients as needed. You will support care staff through assessments and reviews, maintain organised processes, and contribute to our commitment to dignified, person-centred

Qualifications

• Ideally 2 years' experience as a senior in a Domiciliary Care Agency.
• Motivated to deliver first-class care.
• Knowledge of scheduling and rota systems.
• Knowledge of CQC/CIW/CIW Compliance is essential.
• Experience in care assessments and care reviews; ability to motivate staff.
• Organised, methodical and detail-oriented.
• NVQ/SVQ 2 or 3 qualification (not essential).
• Must have a driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Salary:£28,080 per annum

Role:

We are looking for a Care Coordinator to join our team at Cera Care Ltd. In this role, you will effectively and efficiently manage the delivery of high quality care services, ensuring that Care Workers are matched to Clients based on the level and type of care they need, along with, when possible, being in close proximity.

Requirements:

• - Ideally twoyears experience working as a seniorfor a Domiciliary Care Agency
• - Motivated to deliver first class care
• - Knowledge of scheduling and a rota system
• - Knowledge of CQC/CI/CIW Compliance is essential.
• - Ideally experienced in conducting care assessments, care reviews and being able to motivate care staff.
• - Organised, methodical, and a good eye for detail.
• - Ideally NVQ/SVQ 2 or 3 qualified (not essential)
• - Must be a driver with access to a vehicle
