Job summary

Cera Care Ltd. is seeking a Care Coordinator to oversee the delivery of high‑quality care services, matching Care Workers to Clients by care level, type and proximity, with efficient scheduling.

Ideal candidates have two years’ experience as a senior in domiciliary care, with knowledge of scheduling/rota systems and CQC/CI/CIW compliance; be organised, methodical and able to motivate staff. NVQ/SVQ 2 or 3 preferred; driving licence essential.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting care assessments and reviews.
• Ability to motivate care staff.
• Strong organisational and detail‑oriented approach.
• Driving licence or access to a vehicle.

Care Coordinator

We are looking for a Care Coordinator to join our team at Cera Care Ltd. In this role, you will effectively and efficiently manage the delivery of high quality care services, ensuring that Care Workers are matched to Clients based on the level and type of care they need, along with, when possible, being in close proximity.

Ideally twoyears experience working as a seniorfor a Domiciliary Care Agency

• Motivated to deliver first class care
• Knowledge of scheduling and a rota system
• Knowledge of CQC/CI/CIW Compliance is essential.
• Ideally experienced in conducting care assessments, care reviews and being able to motivate care staff.
• Organised, methodical, and a good eye for detail.
• Ideally NVQ/SVQ 2 or 3 qualified (not essential)
• Must be a driver with access to a vehicle
