Cera Care Ltd. is hiring a Care Coordinator to manage delivery of high-quality home care, matching Care Workers to Clients by level of need and proximity. You will optimize scheduling, support staff, and uphold compliance with CQC/CIW standards.

The role emphasizes organisation, motivation of teams, and attention to detail, with opportunities for development within our care platform and pension schemes.

Qualifications

• Two years' senior experience in a domiciliary care agency.
• Scheduling and rota system knowledge.
• CQC/CI/CIW compliance knowledge.
• Experience conducting care assessments and care reviews.
• Organised, methodical with a good eye for detail.
• NVQ/SVQ 2 or 3 preferred (not essential).
• Driver with access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of high-quality care services and match Care Workers to Clients based on care level and location.
• Manage rota/scheduling to ensure adequate coverage and timely visits.
• Support and motivate care staff to maintain service quality.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal procedures.

Job description

We are looking for a Care Coordinator to join our team at Cera Care Ltd. In this role, you will effectively and efficiently manage the delivery of high quality care services, ensuring that Care Workers are matched to Clients based on the level and type of care they need, along with, when possible, being in close proximity.

• Ideally two years experience working as a senior for a Domiciliary Care Agency
• Motivated to deliver first class care
• Knowledge of scheduling and a rota system
• Knowledge of CQC/CI/CIW Compliance is essential.
• Ideally experienced in conducting care assessments, care reviews and being able to motivate care staff.
• Organised, methodical, and a good eye for detail.
• Ideally NVQ/SVQ 2 or 3 qualified (not essential)
• Must be a driver with access to a vehicle
