Job summary

Cera Care Ltd. is seeking a Care Coordinator to oversee the delivery of high-quality care services. You will match Care Workers to Clients based on care needs and strive to keep workers in close proximity to clients wherever possible.

The role requires strong organisational skills, the ability to work flexibly in a fast-growing startup, and a collaborative team approach. Training and development opportunities are provided as part of our employee program.

Qualifications

• NVQ/SVQ 2 or 3 preferred (not essential)
• 2 years experience as a care coordinator for a domiciliary care agency
• Knowledge of CQC/CI/CIW compliance
• Experience in conducting care assessments and care reviews
• Motivate and support care staff
• Organised, methodical with a keen eye for detail
• Flexible in a fast-growing startup environment
• Team player is crucial

Job description

Position: Care Coordinator

Reporting to: Registered Manager

Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time, 37.5hrs per week

Salary: £26,000 per annum

Role:

We are looking for a Care Coordinator to join our team at Cera Care Ltd. In this role, you will effectively and efficiently manage the delivery of high quality care services, ensuring that Care Workers are matched to Clients based on the level and type of care they need, along with, when possible, being in close proximity.

Requirements:

• Ideally NVQ/SVQ 2 or 3 qualified (not essential)
• Ideally 2 years experience working as a care coordinator for a Domiciliary Care Agency.
• Knowledge of CQC/CI/CIW Compliance is essential.
• Ideally experienced in conducting care assessments, care reviews and being able to motivate care staff.
• Organised, methodical, and a good eye for detail.
• Being flexible around working schedules, roles and responsibility as it is a fast growing start up environment
• Being a team player is extremely crucial to this role.
