Job summary

Cera Care Ltd. in Kingston upon Thames is seeking a Care Coordinator to manage high-quality home care, matching Care Workers to Clients by needs and proximity.

You will run rosters, support compliance with CQC/CIW, and assist with care assessments and reviews to maintain exceptional service. A driver with access to a vehicle is preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience as a senior for a domiciliary care agency.
• Knowledge of scheduling and rota systems.
• Knowledge of CQC/CIW compliance.
• Experience conducting care assessments and care reviews.
• Motivated to deliver first-class care.
• Organised, methodical with a keen eye for detail.
• NVQ/SVQ 2 or 3 preferred but not essential.
• Must be a driver with access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of high-quality care services and match Care Workers to Clients based on needs and location.
• Manage rosters and scheduling to ensure timely visits.
• Ensure compliance with CQC/CIW standards.

Job description

We are looking for a Care Coordinator to join our team at Cera Care Ltd. In this role, you will effectively and efficiently manage the delivery of high quality care services, ensuring that Care Workers are matched to Clients based on the level and type of care they need, along with, when possible, being in close proximity.

• Ideally two years experience working as a senior for a Domiciliary Care Agency
• Motivated to deliver first class care
• Knowledge of scheduling and a rota system
• Knowledge of CQC/CI/CIW Compliance is essential.
• Ideally experienced in conducting care assessments, care reviews and being able to motivate care staff.
• Organised, methodical, and a good eye for detail.
• Ideally NVQ/SVQ 2 or 3 qualified (not essential)
• Must be a driver with access to a vehicle
