Job summary

Nuffield Health Chesterfield Fitness and Wellbeing Club is hiring a Duty Manager to oversee daily operations and member experience. The role emphasizes sales activity, people leadership and maintaining service standards across all areas of the club.

You will engage with members, conduct tours for prospective members, and ensure safety compliance while driving a positive and welcoming environment. This is a full-time, permanent position in Chesterfield.
